STREAM 180 Enrollment

Welcome to the STREAM 180 International Afterschool Enrichment Program!

Change Your Story, Inc. invites you to enroll in STREAM 180, a virtual afterschool program designed to help youth reimagine their futures! Our program provides a safe, supportive, and dynamic virtual space where students in grades 3-12 can accelerate their learning and connect with peers across the globe.

Here’s what your student can expect:
  • Virtual Program Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM via Zoom.
  • Academic Tutoring: Daily homework help and tutoring from certified teachers.
  • Wellness Workshops: Weekly small-group  wellness sessions led by licensed professionals.
  • Global STREAM Enrichment: Monthly, hands-on projects in Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math, collaborating with partner students in countries like Ghana, Liberia, Dubai, Nigeria, and Germany.

  1. I understand the program is virtual and my child is expected to participate in a respectful and appropriate manner, adhering to the program's Code of Conduct.

  2. I grant permission for my child to participate in the Virtual After-School Academy.

  3. I grant my permission for the program to send (SMS) text messages to me and my child with important STREAM 180 program reminders and updates. I understand that my child will never receive a text message that I am not also receiving.

  4. I understand that the program hours are 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and my child may log in and out for specific sessions as needed.

  5. In case of a medical emergency, I authorize the program staff to seek necessary medical treatment for my child.
